MassHealth Application Assistance Event to be Held

The Woburn/Burlington Welcome Alliance will hold a MassHealth application assistance event. Be sure to RSVP to secure your appointment!

The Woburn/Burlington Welcome Alliance, a group dedicated to supporting refugee and immigrant children living in Burlington and Woburn in obtaining the care they need to attend school, will be holding MassHealth application assistance appointments on Monday, April 29.

Parents and caregivers of BPS students can RSVP through ParentSquare to attend a free appointment. Be sure to bring:

  • Proof of identity, such as a driver’s license or passport
  • Proof of Massachusetts residency, like a lease agreement or utility bill
  • Proof of income in the form of paystubs or tax returns
  • Social Security numbers for all members you wish to enroll
  • Proof of citizenship or immigration status
