The Burlington Players Present Midnight and Moll Flanders
Fall show promises to be poignant and entertaining
This fall, the Burlington Players, our resident theatre troupe, will be presenting Midnight and Moll Flanders, by Marie Kohler.
On the eve of Moll Flanders' hanging at the infamous Newgate Prison in London, Moll shares her story with a Preacher bent on offering her a last, unlikely chance at salvation. So begins a double journey of transformation for Moll and for the Preacher who, despite himself, is mesmerized by her free-wheeling, life-affirming tale. MIDNIGHT AND MOLL FLANDERS is an exciting, dramatic, and heartfelt adaptation of the classic novel with unexpected twists and an ultimately fulfilling ending everyone will enjoy.
