Teams Take a Break After a Busy Thursday
Mixed results from Thursday's outings bring in a slower vacation week.
The tennis team dropped to 3-4 on the season after a 5-0 loss to Bedford yesterday. The volleyball teams lost their games as well, with JV falling 2-0 and varsity falling 3-0 to Lexington. And, the lacrosse team's record fell to 3-4 as well, with an 18-7 loss in Billerica.
The baseball and track teams had better news, with the JV baseball team beating Wakefield 14-11, the varsity team winning 11-4, and the boys' track team beating Wilmington 103-33.
No games are on the schedule today or Sunday, but there will be softball in Woburn tomorrow and at Greater Lawrence on Monday, as well as boys' lacrosse at Nauset tomorrow.
