Football Winning Streak Busted, Volleyball Senior Night to Come

The football team lost their first game of the season last night, falling to Stoneham 42-21 and bringing their record to 6-1.

The swim team participated in the Middlesex League Meet at Bentley university, marking the end of the regular season for them. The girls swam their hearts out in a very crowded field, with many sectional and state qualifications.

The volleyball teams swept Stoneham, with junior varsity winning 2-1 and varsity improving their record to 13-6 with a 3-0 win.

And, the field hockey lost their game to Stoneham by a score of 4-0.

Today the JV football team hosts Stoneham at 3:30. After that, the freshman girls' soccer team hosts reading at Memorial Elementary at 4:15.

Finally, the volleyball teams will take on Central Catholic today for Senior Night at BHS. The freshman and JV teams will play at 5:15, and the varsity game will begin at 6:30.
