Field Hockey Takes Season's First Win, Soccer Teams to Take on Melrose

Yesterday was a disappointing one for the volleyball teams, who lost their games to Melrose by a score of 1-2 (freshmen), 0-2 (JV), and 0-3 (varsity). They'll be back at it in Wakefield on Wednesday.

The freshman girls' soccer team secured a 2-1 win against Melrose. Also with a score of 2-1, the varsity field hockey team took its first W of the season following a 7-0 loss to Watertown last week. The JV field hockey team fell to the Red Hawks 3-0.

Today the golf team takes on Belmont in an away game at 3:30, followed by a home cross country meet against Wakefield at 4:00. Then, at 4:15, the boys' and girls' JV soccer teams host Melrose at Marshall Simonds, while the varsity teams travel to Melrose for a 4:15 girls' game and a 6:00 boys' game.
