Friday was an exciting day in Red Devil Sports.

The girls' varsity and freshman soccer teams both came out on top of Boston Latin School, each winning by a score of 2-1.

The volleyball teams swept Lynn Classical and raised $14,000 (with a corporate match) for the American Cancer Society.

And, the football team won an exciting game against Melrose by a score of 43-36. They remain undefeated in six games this season.

Not to be outdone, the Junior Devils middle school football team won their fourth game in a row this week, beating Bedford 30-6 and moving to 4-1 on the season.

The field hockey team fell 3-0 to Lexington yesterday, and the JV football team lost 33-0 to Melrose.

The week kicks off (no pun intended) with the Kick Hunger food drive and the Kicks for Cancer fundraiser on Monday, as the girls' soccer team plays Wilmington at home and collects donations of non-perishables for the People Helping People food pantry.

This will be the last regular season week for most, and state tournament qualifying for several teams will be determined this week!
