Burlington Sports and Activities for April 30, 2024
Lacrosse score updates from yesterday and looking ahead to a very busy day in spring sports in Burlington
The boys won their lacrosse game against Lexington yesterday afternoon by a score of 15-11, bringing their record to 8-3. Girls had a tough overtime 12-11 loss against Peabody; their record is now 6-4.
Boys and girls host Wakefield for a track meet this afternoon at 4:00, and the volleyball teams are on the road to Woburn for a 4:00 JV game and a 5:30 varsity game.
The tennis teams also play Woburn this afternoon for 4:00 games, with boys hosting and girls traveling up Winn Street.
The JV and varsity softball teams take on Winchester at Rotary and Marvin Fields at 4:15.
And, the boys' baseball teams will travel to Winchester for 4:15 JV and varsity games.
