Red Devils Basketball was looking great last night against Wilmington as both the boys' and girls' teams defeated the Wildcats at WHS.

Girls played a strong game throughout and ended up 44-32 over Wilmington, led by Reilly, Scali, and Sicari. Boys were behind by 11 at the end of the first half but came back to win 62-53, led by senior Krish Soni with 11 points in the second half and supported by Gerrior and Ellis.

These games cement the girls' place in the state tournament and the boys' status as Middlesex League Freedom champions for the second year in a row.

Today the hockey teams take on Wakefield at the ice palace. The boys, with a 9-6-1 Division 1 record, play at 5:30, and girls (9-6, D2) play at 7:30. Wakefield boys are currently 1-15-1 in D3 and girls are 2-15-1 in D2.
