Baseball Wins in Extras, Lacrosse Battles Hard, More Games Ahead

The baseball team won their game in extra innings on Friday, beating the Stoneham Spartans by a score of 6-4 and bringing their record to 5-3.

The girls' lacrosse teams dropped their games to North Andover. The JV team was defeated 15-4 by the 11-0-1 Scarlet Knights, and the varsity team put up a great fight against their 10-2 rivals but ended up losing with a score of 10-8, bringing their record to 3-6.

A smattering of sports appears on the calendar today, starting with unified coed basketball at 4:00 against Wakefield. After that, the baseball teams will take the field against Belmont at 4:15, with varsity playing at Center Street and JV playing at Wildwood. At the same time, the girls' tennis team will take on Wilmington in an away game, also at 4:15.
