Daily Buzz | Last Shawsheen School Committee Meeting of the Year

Good morning!

I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed yesterday’s visit from the San Francisco Bay Peninsula’s weather. My California friend goes back home today, but I’ve asked her to leave the weather behind. Stay tuned to see if it cooperates.

Burlington Today

Still catching up from a long weekend of festivities, but here’s today in a nutshell.

  • 6:30 PM - General Bylaw Review Committee meets to hear about a Housing Partnership article and to share reports from the stormwater bylaw and hybrid Town Meeting subcommittees. (Join via Zoom)
  • 7:30 PM - Board of Appeals meets to discuss a variance for an in-ground pool.
  • 7:30 PM - Shawsheen School Committee meet for their last meeting of the school year (aside from a July retreat), to resume in September. They’ll be discussing the ratification of the Business Manager contract, hearing about the budget, and holding an executive session on bargaining. (Watch via YouTube)
