Good Morning!

Short Buzz today, as I wasn’t able to attend any of the 5 (!) meetings that occurred yesterday. Anyone with notes they’d like to share, just fold them up like a paper airplane and send them my way!

I did find out yesterday, more or less, what a Special Police Officer does: To my current understanding, a SPO is an officer who is retired or has gone into another profession (attorney or real estate agent, for example) but is available for the occasional detail, etc. There’s more nuance here and I still have questions that need to be answered, but that is the basic answer to the question I was wondering about yesterday.

• 7:00 PM - Historical Commission meets for an update on the Burial Ground, a discussion on the upcoming celebrations of Burlington and the nation, and more.
