You're Invited: Sculpture Park Pumpkin Painting
The third annual Burlington Sculpture Park Pumpkin Painting Party is coming soon, all ages are welcome to get creative alongside neighbors.
The Sculpture Park, that hidden gem of Burlington, has been busy this year. The Sculpture Park Committee coordinated their 2024 installation, including five new sculptures. They just completed their first Town Common installation, Pigs On Parade, an iconic focal point of the town that hearkened back to the town's agricultural history and raised funds to support the Park's financial sustainability. They purchased Lumen, the giant dragonfly sculpture created by Barbara Fletcher, and added it as the sixth in the town's permanent sculpture collection.
Now, the Burlington Sclupture Park is excited to bring you a fun and artistic fall event. The Park's third annual Pumpkin Painting Party will take place on Saturday, October 19, at noon at the Sculpture Park, located on Center Street between Grandview Farm and the Burlington Police Station.
The pumpkins, paints, and refreshments will be provided by the Sculpture Park for free while supplies last. Just show up with your creativity and maybe a blanket to sit on while pumpkin artists of all ages enjoy a fun and expressive afternoon.
The Sculpture Park Committee hopes to see you on Saturday, October 19, at noon!
