Daily Buzz | Pick Up Check-Outs Anytime With Burlington Public Library Holds Hub
Also at your library: Activities for all ages
Good Morning, Burlington!
We have officially entered the no-man’s-land of winter holidays and, of course, winter holiday shopping. As a commercial hub, Burlington is susceptible to busy roads/shops and preoccupied drivers/customers this season; remember to be kind out there!
Pick Up Check-Outs Anytime With Burlington Public Library Holds Hub
If you’ve driven past the library anytime in the last year or so, you’ve probably seen the big new locker installed outside. Funded by the Friends of the Burlington Public Library, the Holds Hub is your anytime pickup spot for library materials. Just place a hold as you normally would, but select “Burlington Holds Hub” as your pickup spot. You’ll get a text with a QR code and/or PIN as soon as your holds are ready, and you can use that information to pick up your materials at any time, 24 hours a day.
While you’re checking out the library, don’t forget to have a look at their programming calendar. There’s a little something for everyone, from financial planning and job seeking workshops to English conversation sessions to stories, book clubs, and crafting time for kids and adults. You’re sure to find something you’ll love!

Tryouts/practices officially begin for the winter season today—so if your high schooler comes home late, empties your fridge, and seems more tired than usual, that’s one possible reason.
Best of luck to all candidates!
See you tomorrow, neighbors! Have a great day!
