Plus, still more time to fill out the Buzz’s Sustainability Survey
Good Morning, Burlington!
Not much has happened between yesterday and today, so this morning’s Buzz will be short.
One thing that did happen over the weekend is that a bunch of you filled out the Buzz Sustainability Survey. Thank you so much for your insight and suggestions! If you haven’t yet responded, you can do so here. Thanks also to everyone who converted to a paid Hive membership, even though the paid and free experiences are very similar at this juncture. It’s an honor to know that so many of you are supporting this endeavor solely because of what it brings to you and our community.
I’ll compile and respond to the most common responses after the survey closes, but one thing that came up more than once was that some of you would prefer to send a check rather than paying online. That’s totally fine. If you just respond to this email or send me an email at hello@burlington.buzz, I’ll happily connect with you so you can mail a check for your membership. A handful of Buzz subscribers do this already.
Other ways you can contribute financially:
- Set Your Own annual Rate of more than $60/year. You can do anything from $61 up.
- Venmo me your contribution instead at @nicci-kadilak.
- Give a one-time contribution in any amount on Ko-fi. Buy me a coffee to keep me fueled while I write the Buzz, send a contribution when you read a story that informed or connected you in a new way, or choose a larger contribution to support my ongoing efforts to provide local news and connection to our community.
