Good Morning!

I’m so sad I won’t be able to make it to the beer garden tonight. Be sure to enjoy yourself a little extra on my behalf.

I forgot to mention after the Select Board meeting that hunting season has begun in the landlocked forest, so beware of archers if you happen to be out there.

Today in Burlington

I’m writing the rest of this Buzz from an airplane on my phone, so apologies in advance for any brevity or anything that makes less sense than usual.

9:00 AM - 9th Grade Parents’ Breakfast
4:30-8:30 PM - Town Center Beer Garden featuring Mighty Squirrel
5:00 - Board and Committee Chair Training on “how to run a good, effective, and legal meeting”
7:15 PM - Planning Board - most of this meeting seems to be devoted to discussion of bylaws, rules and regulations rather than specific projects. (Join online)

Sports

Field hockey is in Belmont today, with JV starting at 4:15 and Varsity at 5:45.
Freshman boys play soccer in Belmont, also at 4:15.
