Daily Buzz | Donate Coats for Kids & Adults, Support Local Students
Also, schools and government offices close early today
Hello, Burlington!
Schools, town offices, and the library will be closing early this gloomy holiday eve, with schools dismissing around 10:45. Be extra vigilant for excited children crossing streets.
Donate Coats for Kids & Adults, Support Local Students
Anton’s Cleaners, Enterprise Bank, and Jordan’s Furniture are partnering for their annual Coats for Kids & Families drive. Participating is easy: Just bring your gently used, like-new, or new coats and winter gear to any Anton’s, Jordan’s, or Enterprise Bank location.
Or, if you’re a maximizer and want to make your donation work even harder for you, you can drop off your donation at the Fox Hill Elementary School lobby. Participating schools earn School Rewards, donate by Jordan’s Furniture, for the winter gear they help collect.
All coats will be cleaned by Anton’s and given to local families in need. So raid your closet and donate all of the outgrown winter gear today!
