The Recreation Department has officially secured the Town Common for their summer slate of Burlington Summer Shows, and there's a little something for everyone.

Concerts on the Common will entertain the young and the young-at-heart with acts such as Moose Juice, the Rusty Randoms, the Rico Barr Band, and more. Children's shows both on the town Common and at Simonds Park will feature hands-on entertainment and learning with animals, science & nature, magic, and much more!

Summer concerts and children's shows are a staple of the Recreation Department's summer programming, and hundreds of children and families have enjoyed the shows' entertainment and education over the years. These events are drop-in and free to all, and participation is encouraged! Or, simply sit back and enjoy the show.

The summer show series starts on June 25 and runs through the first week of August, with concerts showing on Tuesdays at 6:30, kids' shows on the Common on Wednesdays at 6:30, and kids' shows at Simonds being held on Thursdays at 1:00. (The first week, the Simonds' kids show will be on Wednesday, July 3, since the Fourth of July is on Thursday.)
